Fayetteville’s International Folk Festival is something I have never attended – YET! I hope to be a part of at least one day of this sure to be amazing weekend of events hosted by The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland Council.
Everybody’s favorite trip around the world…for free! Parade of Nations, live performances, authentic cuisine, arts and crafts vendors, American Indian Cultural Showcase.

Ray Ave and Hay St. Intersection, 7 to 9 p.m.The energy begins with a Bon Temps Ball (Ray Ave and Hay St. Intersection). In addition to the Bon Temps Ball, folks of all ages get a taste of Fayetteville’s arts and cultural offerings throughout downtown, from artist performances to cultural food at local establishments. Inside the building, celebrate the works of contemporary American Indian artists in North Carolina and beyond.
