The Greater Chamber of Fayetteville is proud to assist Stephanie Brown Kegler a/k/a The Movement Minister® in introducing The Dancing Without Sin® Movement Center to the community of Fayetteville during her Ribbon Cutting Thursday, March 2nd at 3 pm and her Official Grand Opening Saturday, March 4th from 3-5 pm.
A fitness instructor since 2009, Stephanie Brown Kegler founded Dancing Without Sin® Fitness in 2015 to inspirational workouts in an environment where Christians could work out in a way that is motivating to the mind, body & soul. Her program focuses on choreographed workouts set to soundtracks of popular Gospel, Inspirational, Christian HopHop, Old School R&B, and Afro Beats music. Stephanie gets your body moving with squats, lunges, and floor exercises with her No Christian Left Behind sessions designed to let everybody get the workout they need!
The Dancing Without Sin® Movement Center will expand Stephanie’s vision to include a space designed to be Fayetteville’s Downtown Community Heath Spot! Stephanie will offer DWSF favorites: Lit Chair Fit, Refusal to Give In Resistance Bands, Sinless Abs Boot Camp, and Total Transformation Toning as well as cardio, dance cardio, rope-less jump rope, personal training, one-on-one coaching, and introducing Sinless Cooking which offers healthy wellness cooking classes and food demos to include meal prep. Each DWSMC class and program is designed for everybody including the disabled, elderly, blind, deaf, etc.
Located at 208 Campbell Avenue The Dancing Without Sin® Movement Center is less than a 5-minute drive from the heart of Downtown Fayetteville! The DWSMC space will include a Full Kitchen, Selfie Lounge, #MOVEPEOPLE ROOM, a Nostalgic Experience Room, Massage room, Soul Saving Station, Self-Motivation Room, and Merchandise Store.
Join The Movement Minister® herself, Stephanie Brown Kegler, as she invites you to explore the DWSMC during the Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, March 2nd with refreshments catered by Sweets By Shameka at 3 pm then join us on March 4th from 3-5 pm for the Official Grand Opening with Household 6 Catering LLC on-site for purchase.
