Tessie Dembs first found yoga in 2007. She always enjoyed anything fitness related, however yoga became so much more than fitness to her. She didn’t realize the true power of yoga in her life until a battle with cancer a few years ago. She attended a hot yoga class hoping to find not only physical healing, but emotional healing as well. It was in this time that she fell in love. The true health and wellness that yoga has brought to her mind, body, and spirit in undeniable. Teaching yoga allows her to share her experiences with others helping them realize their inner strengths.
