A few weeks ago I was a part of an amazing Swap with CGSwaps called the Favorite Color Swap. In my reveal I showed you guys the lovely mason jar full of a homemade Coffee Scrub that my lovely partner Brittany sent me. I must admit when I first saw it I was a bit skeptical to scrubbing my face with Coffee and a mixture of other things but then I thought “Hey, this is a great way to put my coffee love on a whole new level!”
The first night I tried out the scrub I was a bit scared of what was looking back at me in the mirror after I applied this great smelling mixture.
The scrub went on really easy and wasn’t harsh or abrasive. According to Brittany’s note she made it with
All natural right? Plus hello…coffee! That is a definite bonus! Not only did I have a baby bootie smooth face afterwards but I was pleased that I had a faint scent of coffee with me throughout the day and umm..I loved it! LOL So thanks so much Brittany for helping to introduce me to a way to place my Coffee Love On A Whole NEW Level!

I make a scrub from brown sugar and coconut oil, and I think I'll add some coffee to the next batch, if nothing else it will smell wonderful.

Girl, I was scared for your life when I saw the thumbnail in my feed, lol! I of then read the title and it all made sense. I have not heard of a coffee scrub, sugar and salt yes, but coffee no, lol! I have heard of a chocolate facial though. I'll have to look into this coffee one! 🙂
LMBO…I figured that pic would get someone\’s attention. The scrub was totally worth it though. I may try to figure out how to make a sugar one next since this was so awesome…I think i\’ll miss smelling like coffee all day though 😉
I love coffee, but have never tried putting it on my face. I'm sure it leaves your skin smooth and wakes you up – no pun intended!
