When I saw the Instagram post by Subsidy Shades requesting the help go Bloggers to spread the word about their company and it’s mission I must admit, the first draw for me were the amazing shades they had in their product line. BUT when I started to learn about the company and the purpose, their vision – I realized that Subsidy Shared was so much more. They were offering a way to have fashion with a purpose!
Creating adoptive families thru affordable fashion. You can contribute to the future of a child.
This is Subsidy’s description on their Twitter page and it couldn’t sum up their goals and purpose better. Subsidy Shades was founded by Melissa who had the amazing brainstorm to sell shades to help her family fund their 2nd adoption. From that spark, a vision of help and growth began that is now helping other families make their dreams of adoption come true. Don’t take my word for it, read all about Melissa’s amazing story and Subsidy Shades right here!
Okay, so like I said at the beginning not only is the cause behind Subsidy Shades amazing but the fashion is pretty awesome too. Now comes the shopping. I decided to go out of my comfort zone when I picked my pair. I had just broken my favorite shades and knew I wanted to replace them but I wanted to pick something out of the norm.
I saw just that when I clicked on the Platinum Luxe Wayfair…
These Shades. Now these shades were the ones for me. I knew winter was on it’s way and I wanted a pair that would get noticed. Now when I received them I was a bit shocked at just how platinum they are but now I wouldn’t have them any other way! I love them!
I even wore them and gave a bit of a shout of to Subsidy Shades during one of my Daily YouTube adventures:
You can make a difference in a family and a child’s life while still making a fashion statement. Shop Subsidy Shades and give your Fashion a Purpose!
