Christmas can be a challenge when you have a big family but this year I decided to do things a bit different. I’ve learned how valuable Amazon Prime‘s List option can be in helping me shop based on my Kiddies hobbies and most requested items. This week I’m tackling the list of my Future Fashionista and all her design needs.
My Future Fashionista
Last week I shared The Perfect Christmas List For Your Budding Artist but this week I’m tackling the wish list of my Baby Girlie. She’s is our lucky November baby which means she gets to make two lists. Her birthday list was for an American Girl Doll which we are going to be sure she get to check off. Her Christmas list is for all things fashion. She explained that she is tired of not finding the outfits she wants for her dolls in the store. She actually got so frustrated after she lost the one dress she liked that she designed and cut out a dress for her doll from printer paper! Ya’ll. I was proud and annoyed all at once….LOL
When your #BabyGirlie can’t find her doll’s clothes and decides to simply make/design her own – out of printer paper!! ? #FutureEntrpreneur #Fashion #ShesAwesome #LoveMyKiddies #LoveMyLife #Blog #Blogger #BlogLife #NC #NCBlogger #NCBloggers #LifestyleBlogger #SouthernBlogger #TheMrsTee
After this I knew I had to get our future fashionista all she needs to get her own designs made and on her favorite dollies plus keep her out of my paper!
From Idea To Reality
To start her list off I first searched for the things that I know she’s been showing an interest in the most: designs. She’s been drawing, sketching and telling me about all the types of dresses she wants to make for her doll. I’ve noticed she is great and telling me but needs a bit of practice getting things down on paper – making them visual. So here’s what I’ve found to help get her started there.

Make What You See
Next up I want to be sure she has any and everything she could need to bring all her fashionista visions off the paper and into her hands. That’s when I started looking for kid friendly options to help her get started in the best way on her fashionista journey. I even found a few fun American Girl and Disney themed ways to add to her Fashionista list!

I know that with this list all checked off my Future Fashionista will have the perfect start to taking her favorite designs straight to the Doll Baby Runway!

So great. We had our first girl this year, so I will have to keep this in mind for the years ahead.
Thanks Morgan! I’d say this is an experience every Princess should have at least once… it was too fun!!
My oldest daughter would LOVE ALL OF THIS! She always takes my sewing scraps and makes dresses for her Barbies. She’s also taken sewing classes at JoAnn, and we’re thinking about getting her a sewing machine – a good one – for Christmas. So many good ideas in this post!
I could definitely see where she would get her inspiration Natasha – you’re creations are amazing! I on the other hand have no idea where mine is drawing from but I’m in awe. I may need to check our local JoAnn and see if I can do the same for her. Thanks so much for coming by!
Aw. This is so cute! I do not have a baby girl yet but I know my nieces would love this. I do get to enjoy checking out toys that promote creativity esp when it comes to fashion 🙂
Thanks Ruth!! I’m sure any of these would win you Auntie of the Year this Christmas season 😀
Great gift idea! I will need to get something for my nieces, so thanks for the idea
Thanks Diana!! I’m sure they will love whatever you pick 😀
would be a lovely gift list for her this Christmas! I’m sure she’ll love it.
Thanks so much Needa!
Yes! My one daughter Kyla is really into fashion and doing her hair all nice and playing with make up when appropriate. The small world fashion would be perfect for her!
Yay! Maybe she’ll see it under the tree this year 😉 I love seeing them explore their personalities through fashion – it’s so fun!
I have a 3 year old niece and her only request for Christmas is a big pink gift. So I guess I would prepare a big box with lots of items. Thank you for this list!
Oooh! Well I definitely think you would find a lot to fill that request on Amazon!
I love all of these ideas! Sometimes it is so hard to find the perfect gift for those fashionista’s in your life!
Thanks Kimberly!! It can be but Amazon had definitely come to my rescue! 🙂
My 6 year old is a future fashionista and would just LOVE this!!! Thank you for sharing with us!
That’s so cool! I hope you can get her a few things 🙂 You’re so welcome!!
My daughter loves dressing up and I admire her sense of style at such a young age! This would be a lovely gift list for her this Christmas! I’m sure she’ll love it.

Isn’t it amazing how beautiful these gifts are? This is such a perfect gifts for Holidays. Kids will definitely enjoy all of these. I would like to grab all these and take me back to my childhood days 🙂
I think so. Thanks so much Kelly!
I think my little one is turning into a little fashionsita and it’s crazy because I am not! not sure where it came from.
That is so funny because I have no idea where mine is getting it from either… LOL I guess it doesn’t always have to be genetic 😉
I think of my nieces could aspire to become a fashionista! She’s always dressed so stylish, and takes the time to make sure she’s “put together”
Yes, I say those are definitely signs of a future fashionista 🙂
I am sure my nieces would like some of these things. Now I know what to get them both for Christmas.
Yay!! That’s awesome – I’m happy the list gave you a bit of inspiration 😀
