#WordlessWednesday – From Bud To Bloom

A few weeks ago I share this photo of what I thought was a pretty but strange looking bud in my front yard. Β I was so happy to see Spring beginning to come forth and anxious to see how this would go from bud to bloom. Β So, today I decided to share.Β

WordlessWednesday Bud

Admit it…this bud is just a bit strange πŸ™‚ Still it went from bud to bloom in a really beautiful way…

#WordessWednesday Bloom

I think the pink of both the Bud and the Bloom are absolutely beautiful Β No one makes better colors than those found in nature.

What is the strangest looking flower you’ve ever seen?

I can't think of a strange one – maybe fiddleheads – those look kinda strange

Cool! At least I know what they are now πŸ˜‰ I am so far from having anything close to a green thumb but I love the beauty in nature. Oooh fiddlehead? Even if they don\’t look strange the name fives it all the strangeness required πŸ™‚ Thanks for visiting πŸ™‚

I'm pretty sure that is an azalea flower. They always look good, even in white. They like a bit of acidic soil, if I remember correctly. Mulch and partial shade is good for them.

Yes, Sue said the same thing. I think the only flower I can name on sight is a rose… LOL I would love to see them in white. They don\’t seem to bloom long but while they here I certainly enjoy them. Thanks for visiting Tina!
