Some people think of picnics and flowers when Spring arrives – I think of Food Trucks! Warmer weather means the food trucks are coming to town and I can’t wait to share where the food trucks are this spring!

Town Of Hope Mills Food Truck Rodeo

It’s that time of year again!!!! The Town of Hope Mills is kick-starting our 2019 Food Truck Series on Thursday, April 4th!!! The event will take place at 5770 Rockfish Road in the rear parking behind Town Hall from 5 pm – 8 pm.

There will be outdoor music provided by the great DJ King James, free games for the kids, and some of the most amazing food Cumberland County has to offer.

The food trucks that will be participating on April 4th are:

The Food Truck Rodeo will be supporting the ALMS House Kids Assistance Program (KAP) by asking everyone to bring any non-perishable food items that you would like to donate.

*The 2019 Town of Hope Mills Food Truck Series runs April 4th – November on the first Thursday of each month.

Sunday, May 5th from 12-6pm will be the 1st Downtown Food Truck Rodeo of the year. This will be our 6th year hosting these events.

Free to attend, 11 city blocks closed down, Seating for ~1,000 setups along sidewalks, ~50 Food trucks, and Desert carts.

Food Truck Rodeo

9 trucks, 9 hours, 1 rodeo of gastronomic proportions!
There will be two shifts of trucks – a 12-4 lunch shift & a 5-9 dinner shift with a break in-between to allow for shift change.

LUNCH TRUCKS: Trash Talk, Mr. Mongolian, Q-spresso, Mels Many Minis
DINNER TRUCKS: Tacos El Primo, Meat & Greek, Will & Pops, Moonrunners, Q-spresso & Umami

This event coincides with the May the 4th Star Wars shenanigans that will run all day long including live music, face painting, costume contest & more!

Tasty Truck Tuesdays

May 14 (Every Tuesday) | 11 am – 2 pm | Westwood Shopping Center, Fayetteville, NC

We hope you’ll join us on May 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for our Tasty Truck Tuesdays food truck event (Outdoor seating included!). Local faves such as RBurger, Authentique Cafe and Deez Butts will be here. Some proceeds will go to support The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County.

Hey, if food trucks aren’t your thing, this is a good time to come check out one of the great restaurants we have at the shopping center that is open at lunchtime: Bubble Tea Express, Clean Eatz, Dairy Queen, Fayetteville Pie Company, Hardee’s, Mi Casita Mexican Restaurant, Sushi Court and Tasty Crab Seafood!
